Kasey's Rambles

Hi Again, and Welcome Back into the Krazy world of Kasey’s Rambles…as I always say “Life has sure been Lifey lately!” That is putting it lightly, that’s for sure. But that is ok. What I have come to accept, especially here recently is that it’s ok to loose track for a little, as long as you get back on the right track at the end of the day. Veer off a little. Live. Have fun, but don’t loose sight of what truly makes you happy and the people that help that Happy stick around. If that makes any sense.

Little insite. Work has been insane on top of battling colds and stomach bugs and taking care of my family. So beginning tonight I will have 3 days off, in a row. Rest, Relax, Restore…it’s what the sign says on the door of the shop. We need a break. We are all drowning and not being able to get anything done in our home lives. So it was time. Just for 3 days, really 2 because we are normally closed on Mondays. Anywho I thought I would explain that part. That is why this blog in particular may be more ramblely than others. Yes it’s a word. In my world. Haha.

I am exhausted. Currently in a great mood though. Knowing I will be able to spend some quality time with Family over the next 3 days is such a Joy!! I love my Family so much. The relationships I have today with each and every one of my family members is amazing. It has taken some time to get them there, don’t doubt that. I have so much gratitude for my Family today which is something I lacked for years due to my own demons. But that is for a whole different blog. I don’t want to get too deep or that dark this late when I have worked all day and barely slept all week. Anywho…

Let me touch a little bit on the weather changes. As it is causing some issues with my hubby and I. It is Fall. It is getting colder here in lovely Delco. Yet our air conditioners are still in. I, myself, love to have the windows open and have it be on the colder side….where the Hubby is a Literal BABY when it comes to the cold. Practically is wearing a winter jacket already. Haha Love you hunny but still. Anyway so, I come home and I tie our curtains in a knot at the bottom. It’s a look. In my head at least, anyway it’s untied and the curtain is covering the whole window. Very dark and gloomy feel if you will. I asked him why, he said he was cold. Yet didn’t take the air out which is causing a draft I guess 😂😂😂 So i go to Open the windows to get air while we sleep and he damn near pouts like a whole baby saying how cold it is. People it is October 1st ahhaha well 2nd probably by the time I post this.

So much for sleeping with the windows open. Now we’ve been together on and off 16ish years. In each other’s lives that long and I swear the older he gets the more …oh man this blog may get me in trouble 😵‍💫😵‍💫 but he acts like such a baby now. It’s cute sometimes but this just annoyed me. So here’s a question who here loves the cold but their partner is opposite?! And what do you do to compromise?! Haha I would love to hear some answers to that one.

Anyway I realize that topic isn’t super juicy or interesting but it’s all I got after working all day. My apologies. But I will be back tomorrow and the next day and the next that is for sure. 3 days off!!! Anyway I am rambling galore and in need of some well needed sleep. So you know the drill…
