Hello all!!! It has been a crazy past few weeks for this mama! So, lets jump right into it shall we…

The Philadelphia Phillies are in the World Series! Let me just repeat that real quick, The PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES ARE IN THE WORLD SERIES! To be a Philly Sports Fan right now is an absolutely riveting feeling. Someone pinch me, this does not feel real. On top of “The Fightin Phillies” being in the World Series, The Eagles are 7-0 and The Philadelphia Union are in MLS Semi Finals! The city of Philadelphia is Booming with Love and Excitement for their sports Teams, and you can feel it everywhere you go!

The Phillies also hold a very special place in my husband and I’s hearts. You see back in 2008, October 29, 2008, to be exact. My husband (then boyfriend) and I were sitting in our apartment watching The Phillies Win the World Series!! It just so happened to be our 1year Anniversary as a couple also! So, the Night was Magical, but due to how we used to live our lives back then, most of it is a bit blurry.

After lots of ups and downs in our relationship throughout the years, we separated. Took the time to work on who we really are. Now fast forward to August 2021, we decide to try one last time on our relationship. January 2022 comes around and we move back in. Finally, a Happy, HEALTHY Family again! Now let’s start to tie all this together ha-ha.

In 2008 my husband and I were together celebrating our anniversary and the Phillies winning the world series. Years go by, lots of ups and downs and separation, but we find our way back. Boom its 2022, we are together again and now able to watch the Phillies in the World Series as A Family again! This time we will remember all of it too!!! It truly gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.

So, this is why I decided to title this Love and The Philadelphia Phillies. This family Loves the Phillies!!! They fight just like my husband, and I fought to keep this family going! It’s a beautiful thing. I am a very emotional person and will admit I cry at the end of almost every game we win!!! 1 game away closer to that Title. I don’t want to jinx it now, so I will shut up ha.
